Her career highlights include expanding Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Risk Management Practice across Africa, enhancing Leadway’s investment income by 27% through proprietary tools, and overseeing a €772 million regulatory transaction for the London Stock Exchange Group during her tenure at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority.
Kikelomo holds a B.Sc. in Business Economics & Finance from the University of Surrey and has completed leadership and sustainability programmes at Harvard Business School and Oxford University. She is recognised for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to create measurable impact.
